With the work entitled: "Inter, Intra, and Multi-Disciplinary Teams That Really Succeed", Maria-Isabel Sanchez-Segura, Fuensanta Medina-Dominguez, German-Lenin Dugarte-Peña (Carlos III University of Madrid) and Mirsad Hadzikadic (North Carolina University), have presented on January 22nd 2018, at the 5th Business Systems Laboratory International Symposium in Naples-Italy, a methodology for soft team formation from a systemic perspective, aimed at dealing with inherent human and problem-related complexity. This work represents an advance in the research line: Processes and Information Technologies for the Systemic Governance of Intelligent Organizations (SEL-PROMISE).
